Appreciate your products Especially the new models. Can we ship our old ones back for a discount on new models? I would have waited I’d we’d know.I appreciate the feature where you can remove the chip so it is not connected to internet. Smart appliances and homes hurt me. Makes neuropathy act up and etc.

A Wednesday delivery was promised

A Wednesday delivery was promised. We planned for someone to be home all day Wednesday. Then it was delivered on Tuesday for some reason. Since no one is home I have anymore that day just go pick it up elsewhere.
