I booked a cabaret Simon Show in Phuket but just hours before the show my husband was very sick possibly sunstroke. I reached out to customer service Fatima and with her help she reorganized the date for 2 days later at no further expense. It did state that no refunds etc available so I was delighted with her input 👌
Extremely disappointing experience. The service is a deceptive operation. They sold me tickets that were not available, ruining my plans for the day. I strongly discourage anyone from using this platform. Customer support was unresponsive. I've never faced such a negative experience with any online booking service. They entice customers with attractive discounts, but once they secure the payment, they become uncooperative. Such behavior is shameful.
