Terrible experience with this company. No meet and greet as booked and paid for, extremely uncomfortable transfer in a totally different type of vehicle than booked (response to this was basically it was a larger vehicle than we had booked, so too bad, they're allowed to do that), total disrespect for our emotionally difficult journey after family tragedy despite having advised company ahead of time of our circumstances. Response to all this was a £5.00 refund - what a joke!
I booked Onward Travel Solutions while I was working on a ship and needed transport from Manchester to Lincolnshire. I hadn’t used them before and, because the price was so competitive, I genuinely wondered if it was too good to be true — but it absolutely wasn’t.
For a small additional fee, I was met at the gate, helped with all my luggage, taken comfortably to the car and then assisted right to my door. The service was seamless, professional and incredibly kind from start to finish.
The website is very easy to navigate, booking was straightforward, and the driver was absolutely amazing. Having compared a lot of transport prices, this was by far the best value I found — and the quality of service exceeded expectations.
I was so impressed that I’ve already booked another trip with them to take me back to the airport for my next ship contract. I will definitely continue using them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I did read a couple of negative reviews about this airport taxi company but booked with them anyway to judge for myself. I have to say both journeys to and from Heathrow were brilliant! The driver arrived at my home in Yorkshire spot on time ( middle of the night) and the drive was smooth safe and comfortable and the return journey 16 days later was the same. The early morning pick up went without a hitch and the driver was on time, good communication when l was waiting for baggage reclaim and very friendly, safe and skilled driver despite the appalling weather conditions. Would recommend and certainly use again.

I booked a return journey from South Hertfordshire to Luton Airport for myself and 2 friends. Both mates were picked up first, then me and lastly a drop off at the airport. In truth I booked before checking this trustpilot and was a bit sceptical after reading a couple reviews, but the driver was on time for the outbound and inbound legs and overall everything was pretty smooth.A minor point is we were driving a bit close to cars in front on the motorway but I would be happy to use these guys again.Pricing was also great for a return journey and 3 large suitcases.
I booked this company for my journey to Heathrow on 6 January. At around 5:20am, while I was putting on my shoes, I received a call from customer service saying the driver couldn’t get hold of me. The taxi was booked for 5:15am, and I told them I was just about to come out.I then brought out my two checked suitcases, hand luggage and backpack. The trip to the airport normally takes about 40 minutes.When I arrived at the airport, I saw that an extra £3.60 had been taken from my card. I called the company and was told I was 9 minutes late (according to them). This doesn’t make sense, as within that time I was on the phone to them after they said the driver couldn’t reach me, while I was bringing my luggage downstairs.I explained that I opened my front door at 5:20am and that I had been putting my shoes on when they called and had to stop to speak to them. I was told I should have been standing outside waiting for the driver, in the dark and freezing cold. I said that if they kept the charge, I would do a chargeback. They responded in a very condescending way, questioning whether I would really do a chargeback over £3.60. I told them that even if it was £1, I would.I have used other companies before for airport drop-offs where the driver was late, and on one occasion the driver was over 30 minutes late. I didn’t get any refund then.I won’t be using this company again. They cancelled my return booking and said they would “blacklist” me, which I really don’t care about. They refunded the return journey but are keeping the £3.60. I’ve made it clear that if this isn’t refunded, I will process a chargeback.Overall, it was a poor experience. The driver was unfriendly, barely spoke, and the journey was in silence. He turned the heating down and my legs were cold. He did help put the suitcases in and out of the vehicle, but there was no basic courtesy, I had to say thank you and goodbye myself while he got straight back into his car.The drive’s speed was between 55 and 60 on the motorway. I will definitely be avoiding this company in the future. I would have given them negative if available.
