Terrible experience with this telecommunications service!

This has been my worst experience in telecommunications! The data service is awful and runs out quickly, similar to a flat tire. The plans offered are not good at all. I strongly recommend avoiding this service at all costs.

I have no Internet connection. When I call to inquire, I'm told my number isn't associated with the service. Yet, when I apply, it indicates that I'm active, leaving me unable to speak to anyone.

I'm always experiencing no signal! It's emergency calls only. The phone is of very poor quality. I intended to use it as a backup, but it's utterly useless!

The service is inconsistent and lacks 5G. The phone is a complete joke; often the touch screen is unresponsive, the speaker quality is terrible, and the battery life is awful. Overall, this phone is a waste of technology, and the creators should feel embarrassed.

Misleading shipping information

They misled me about 2-day shipping on the invoice, but sent it via another service. The 30-day trial begins on the order date, not when I activate the SIM card, so it isn't a full 30 days.
