I sent Samsung S25 256GB for trade in. Phone is in excellent conditions, without scratch, in phone case and display protection foil on it in original box. They undervalued phone without any prof. And when I said I want phone back they reply that they process payment to my bank account! Get £238 for phone that can be sold for more than £400 and agreed price was £290 is just scam.
Be very careful with this and take as many pictures as you can before you send phone.
I am extremely disappointed!

Disappointing trade-in process

I was promised a bonus for trading in my laptop but received a much lower offer than expected. After sending the device, the assessment took too long, and they shockingly reduced their offer to zero. My attempts to get clarification went unanswered, and their terms were misleading. This experience raises serious concerns about their practices, and I cannot recommend engaging with this service.

UPDATE: Their quick response to reviews here contrasts sharply with their silence to customer inquiries. I accepted a trade-in offer for my device, accurately described it, and after a long wait, they reduced my offer significantly without proper justification. Their communication is poor, and they don't respond to follow-ups. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. I feel compelled to warn others to stay away from this untrustworthy service.

Steer clear of this service

I recently traded in my device, believing I would receive a bonus. After filling out the trade-in form with accurate details, the offer came in significantly lower than competitors. Despite this, I chose to proceed due to the enticing bonus. After a long wait, they confirmed receipt but then unexpectedly slashed their offer to zero, leaving only the bonus. My emails went unanswered, and their revised offer indicated a much shorter acceptance window than promised. This experience feels like a tactic to acquire my device for free. I cannot recommend a service that neglects customer communication and fails to honor its own terms.

Frustrating experience with phone purchase

I've bought phones through various platforms without issue, making this situation especially annoying. It took several days to learn that the phone I ordered was out of stock. If I had known sooner, I could have made a different choice. Now, I'm without essential access to my accounts and documents, which is frustrating.
