I sent Samsung S25 256GB for trade in. Phone is in excellent conditions, without scratch, in phone case and display protection foil on it in original box. They undervalued phone without any prof. And when I said I want phone back they reply that they process payment to my bank account! Get £238 for phone that can be sold for more than £400 and agreed price was £290 is just scam.
Be very careful with this and take as many pictures as you can before you send phone.

Their communication is poor, and they don't respond to follow-ups. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. I feel compelled to warn others to stay away from this untrustworthy service.
