I bought a yearly plan only after asking support directly if dubbing limits could change. They clearly told me the plan would stay unlimited, so I paid for a full year.Later, without any warning or my consent, my account suddenly showed a 120‑minute monthly limit and dubbing started using credits. When I complained, support just said it’s a new policy for all users and they can’t make exceptions.They changed a core feature of a prepaid yearly plan after purchase, despite earlier written confirmation from support that it would stay unlimited.Clearly anti-consumer company. Edit: Now it’s even worse. My videos were translated incorrectly (about 20 seconds of silence at a random moment), and they don’t want to refund the credits, so I lost even more money because of their fault.
I have unsubscribed from emails from this company on four occasions now yet the keep sending me notes about my 'account' that has 14 days left on it... every time they email. their unsubscribe does not work. I didn't click the link, Google gave a warning saying this site looks dangerous. It might not be, but for me it's not worth the risk and seeing the other reviews hasn't made me feel any more at ease.
I purchased the personal plan for $29 and did not find the caption option I needed. I discovered this less than an hour after subscribing and requested a refund, but it was not approved. I feel the service was not clearly presented and did not meet my needs.
