This app is incredibly deceptive, displaying one rate in the app and then charging a different price upon delivery. It is far from trustworthy. Other platforms are much better, as they allow customers to share their reviews openly. This service seems to be afraid of criticism. It's shameful to take money through such dishonest practices. I plan to uninstall this app and will certainly warn my friends to do the same.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Although the website indicated that the refund was initiated, in reality, they are not processing refunds for cancelled products. I have lost ₹5,000.
