Just before travel, I discovered a passport needed urgent renewal, leading to an exhausting and costly trip that could have been avoided. After renewing, I found no flight existed at all. When I reached out, I was ignored for two days. Only after persistent calls was I informed that the flight had been canceled. The agency promised one airline but booked us on others, demanding extra fees to fix their errors. I paid for a supposed 4-star package but received budget services and unacceptable accommodations. The promised hotel turned out to be filthy and overcrowded. The response from the agency was dismissive and unprofessional. This journey should have been sacred; instead, it was emotionally exhausting. I urge others to be cautious with this agency.
