Everything was booked ahead and arranged as described. I fully appreciated this as we have booked through other companies that had not followed up with things like transfers from the airport to the hotel! The TravelOnline experience was a huge relief! The resort we stayed in was beautiful, close to everything. We have already booked our next holiday through TravelOnline!

1. Breaker Beach resort have a lovely location. With beach front views of perfection.2. The food at Breakers Beach resort was wonderful and affordable. They had an Italian couple leading the kitchen and front of house. 3. The staff were all very pleasant and generally happy about their day. 4. The location was great. A little out of Port Villa which was easy to catch a bus for a 10min ride into town.5. It was relaxing and quiet 6. Live entertainment by locals most nights that was fabulous.7. The grounds were well kept and attended daily.8. No air conditioning at the facility.9. Open screens in beach huts.10. Hot water difficulties in shower multiple times during stay often having a cold shower.
This company might be good if you speak to them on the phone, but trying to confirm a booking over email from another time zone has been dire. Been speaking with Jackie and Kristy since Nov 2 for a trip planned Dec 13, yet still do not yet have a booking confirmed. After my email for a quote, they suggested a phone call but that never materialised, apparently due to time zone differences. Since then, it’s been a lengthy back & forth on email re simple requirements and attempting to confirm the one option they quoted me (despite asking for recommendations). Even after clear guidance, I still had to request the quote to be revised to provide flight details and again for excursion recommendations. After queries and losing my original choice, finally got to a place to confirm, yet more confusion with now another rep in the mix and STILL waiting for this to happen.
