I am such a fan of their candies! I've never been a huge gummy fan, but I love theirs, especially the orange flavored ones. Their chocolates are the absolute best including the orange creams, the vanilla creams, anything with peanut butter (especially the giant and layered cups), mint creams, caramels, and toffee crunches.
Their candies are consistently high-quality, bursting with flavor, and beautifully made. From gummies to chocolates, every bite is fresh, delicious, and perfectly satisfying. The variety is fantastic — whether you’re looking for classic favorites or something more unique, Albanese delivers. The attention to detail in flavor and texture really sets them apart from other confectioners.
The worse costumer service I have ever experienced, I placed a large order for a school event. The order was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days and took 2 weeks, I called the company and they were not helpful at all. They did not wanted to take any accountability for the order being so late. The order arrived after my event and when I called to let them know I was going to return the lady was really rude and said I had to pay to ship the order back to them and suggested just to keep it for any future parties. Very disappointed and would never order from them again.
I live in the area and have been purchasing from Albanese for over 20 years. I wanted to send a package to my son who is in the Marines. I tried to use the free shipping offered on the website, but it wasn't working. After a lengthy conversation online and another lengthy conversation via the phone, the representative was able to help me get the free shipping on my $100 order. I appreciate the time taken to help me out.
