The survey came before the product.Product was shipped without notification. I have the one email confirming the purchase that I keep going to to track the order and get the shipping information.And the arrival date has changed a few times.Not clear on arrival date to be fine with, I ordered it 8 days ago for an event yesterday.The product itself is good, I’ve had it before, that’s why I ordered it. But the customer handling from order confirmation to receipt of product has some opportunities for improvement.
