I am simply obsessed with Alcami ! I just can’t live without it !! It makes my coffee delicious where now I do not need to add milk to my coffee which is much healthier while on a weight loss program , Alcami gives me energy ! I always look forward to the next time I will be using it which is every morning ! Thank you Team Alcami for the outstanding customer service , always there to answer my questions and accommodate my requests ! Alcami is a must try and asap ! U will regret not trying it long time ago ! I am a customer since January 2024
First off, all the positive reviews are bots.I have been e-mailing them asking for over a week and half for them to turn my subscription off (conveniently the link to manage subscriptions doesn't work).And it's been a back and forth of 5 different emails asking me if I'd like to pause it instead, or just try it out for another month, etc.After the third time of saying I didn't want it, they replied back with "Oh well looks like your subscription has just gone out so we can't cancel it". Total scam company and nightmare to end subscriptions with them.
As other (real) reviews have stated, this is a shady, immoral, and corrupt website whereby they silently lock you into a 3 month subscription with (somehow?) a zero refund or return clause of which you literally cannot get out of. Frankly, I’m quite certain it’s illegal!!? I hope these guys get shut down. How can you even sleep at night operating under these tactics? I’m a very reasonable person, and I’m all about capitalism, but your policy is immoral and deceitful and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
I’ve been using Alcami Elements products since 2019 for pre and post workout superfood nutrition. They are the real dealand disrupting the superfood supplement market in the best way. The creator of the company really cares about medicinal mushrooms and Chinese herbs. He has been studying/ working with them for over 15 years. He’s the real deal.
I tried the Alcami Musahroom coffee, it was awful (to me) and i immediately asked the company to not send any more as it was unpleasant to me. They ignored my request, the mgmt stated that they wanted me to try it for 90 days and assured me "they had my back' I was also told they would send me a different product. Instead i received same product...complained that i was to receive different product, but got same unwanted. A month later i got 3rd shipment of CRAPPY product after some clown named Derik said he'd send different product. I have $180 of crap , I asked em to stop after 1st shipment. They do not care and have nothing to say. And I still get the silly, self serving Emails from the Derik guy....geesh.
Shilajit reviews were so positive therefore I ordered but till date no sign off the package no information nothing. BIG HOAX COMPANY Should be taken off the Google advertising to let others know about their lies and lies and more lies I lost £56 ordering the so called product
