BUYER BEWARE!!!!!The product itself might be fine, but you'll never know if it's worth it because this company makes it impossible to cancel your subscription.I purchased what I thought was a normal order, only to discover AFTER the fact that I was locked into a mandatory 3 month subscription that cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This was never clearly disclosed during checkout if it was mentioned at all.When I tried to cancel, I was told I'm in an "introductory program" with a "protected period" and that I have to wait 90 days before I can even request to stop the subscription. They claim this is for my benefit and that I'm "fully protected" by their guarantee, but that's misleading YOU ARE TRAPPED paying for three months of product whether you want it or not.This is a classic predatory business practice designed to make it as difficult as possible for customers to cancel. A real satisfaction guarantee would let you cancel anytime, not force you through a 90 day gauntlet first.I never would have made this purchase if I had known I was signing up for a 3 month commitment. The lack of transparency is unacceptable, and this feels like a deliberate attempt to trap customers into extended subscriptions.Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. There are plenty of other supplement brands that don't use these manipulative tactics!!!!!!!

I tried to contact the company 3 times to explain the situation. I asked them to remove my name on the list, but I was dismissed quickly with no compassion. This company is pushy and unforgiving.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

After you buy the product they don't give you the option to cancel your subscription if your not happy with the product. The Blue product does not have any ingredients label on the bottle. That is a red flag for me. They don't tell you they lock you in for a 3 months subscription you can't cancel from the website and I didn't receive all of my order and the product I received looked like the box was opened previously. I reported them to my credit card company.

The fact that amazon has set the bar so high with the same day deliveries etc makes it a chaotic experience at first. BUTTT the product itself is smooth, tasteful, and I was looking at concentration ratios. This is nice not too potent. I would like to add a preventative measure here that when utilizing nootropics be aware if you medicate that it does not interfere with your medication, Overall lovely experience

I specifically made sure I selected try it once and they now want to bill me for a minimum of three months for a subscription. I clearly said I didn’t want do not order from them. They are very misleading and immoral like a scam

Scam Alert

You buy one, but once they have your credit card, they sign you up for a subscription that you are not able to cancel or access. I’ve been fighting with them back-and-forth, and the only solution will be to cancel my credit card. Absolutely horrendous. This is not a local company or a reputable company. This is a scam.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. subscribed by accident wanting to try product. They would NOT let me out of the subscription and you are locked into 3 cycles after the initial- no modifications. I never would have bought a 3 month supply on a monthly subscription. Total BS customer service. The product is not bad but the company is terrible.

Customer service lacking and subscriptions difficult to manage.

It’s a good product but managing a subscription is a nightmare, deliberately shady and difficult IMO. They had a 55% off sale for Black Friday so I wanted to pause my subscription and order off of the sale. There’s no way to do that. Be aware that, if you sign up for a subscription, you are locked into a 3 month commitment. I’m fine with that as it was disclosed in advance, but I should be able to pause it. The entire subscription management page is giving an error code for a week now. Customer service took a full week to reply to me and it really wasn’t a resolution. Still can’t manage my subscription. I’m remembering that this is part of why I previously canceled. I like the product enough to have given it another try but, unless they make substantial and rapid changes to their website, I will have to find a different product. The aggravation from this is undoing any benefits from the supplement.

SCAM

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. They trick you into a 90 day subscription that you can't cancel. If you insist for over a week, sending many messages, they may finally relent, as they did for me after I threatened to have my bank block their account. I hate spineless, immoral companies like this. I hope they understand the frustration they cause the world, and that their negative energy comes back around to them, and they remember why we act with honor in a society. Shame. I'm sorry for getting involved with them. -D. White
