Ordered my coffee nearly a month ago, I knew about the subscription of 3 months and I was ok with that..What I'm not ok with is I still don't have my order and now the delivery company is trying to charge me another £50 in taxes or they won't deliver my parcel. If you are uk based do not buy these products. The company know about the import tax but don't mention it anywhere on their site, There customer service is horrendous, they simply don't care about customers at all and just keep fobbing me off with "we'll look into and get back to you" except they never do. Stay well away from these. I wish I had read the rest of these reviews before dealing with them. And you can't cancel your subscription.
My life has change since I have been consuming Alcami products. The Best of the Best!!! All natural ! Love the package the mixer, the bottle , the ptoduct eith Matcha. I stopped consuming coffee. All my family as well! No more coffee ! Only Alcami! I feel focus, energize never again acid after I use to drink coffee. No side effects! We all feel good! You don’t know what you’re getting into until you’re in it and stuck…alcami forces a commitment upon your purchase and that’s not normal or cool when you accidentally get suckered into it and need to cancel. They did absolutely nothing when I told them my situation and how I accidentally accepted multiple subscriptions when I only meant to have one. Little did I know that my other email address was being used and mind you all of this while I just got laid off. They didn’t care despite how many times I emailed them and explained my situation and the problems that arose.
This company is refusing to cancel a subscription for a falsely advertised product. They claim 10,000 mg of superfood mushrooms such as lions mane, reshi, Cordyceps."Each ingredient in Alcami Elements holds the potency of a 10:1 full spectrum concentrate, delivering profound effects to revitalize your well-being" yet there is only 100mg of each ingredient. They claim that distilling each ingredient ten times makes a 100mg equivalent to 1000mg. This is not true when distilliing occurs the ingredients only having unwanted substances removed such as impurities. Distilling does not increase the potency it only makes it cleaner. It does not increase potency so this company is getting away with advertising and making false claims that 100mg of each ingredient equals 1000mg. That is like terrence howard claiming that 1 times 1 is 2. That is a fallacy of logic. This company is refusing to cancel a "3 month commitment" and harrassing me as you can read in email back and forth. It is obvious they want to collect and push the customer around. The dosage is way below the recommended serving to have any benefit or effect on the body. I have been harassed and refused cancellation by them since january when I wrote their product is horrible. Still they are trying to charge me for a mandatory 3 month subscription. DO NOT BUY!
Beware! It is not closely stated that they have a mandatory three month subscription! In fact, their website says you can cancel at any time. However, they will not let you cancel by insisting you need to stay locked in for three months.Their customer service is absolutely awful. They have an AI poorly respond to your requests at first. Then, when an actual human responds, they will provide the same canned responses.The owner is also a total liar. Derik said he couldn’t cancel my order because it had already shipped. However, it didn’t ship until a week later. They had plenty of time to cancel my order, like I requested, before it even shipped.Very untrustworthy and dishonest company! Beware!

The cancellation mechanism must be at least as simple as the method used to initiate the subscription. • Disclosure: Requires businesses to disclose the negative option and other terms of the transaction before obtaining a customer's billing information. • Consent: Requires businesses to obtain a customer's consent to the negative option. • Misrepresentations: Prohibits businesses from making any material misrepresentations related to the recurring product or service. • Recordkeeping: Requires businesses to keep records of consent. The rule applies to businesses that offer goods and services through: automatically renewing payment plans, free or discounted trials that convert into full plans, and other "negative" option features.No one should be forced to like something, especially when the About page clearly states "risk-free" ordering. Trial offers are fine, and common, but it is in fact illegal to force a non-disclosed three additional month, uncancelable, contract that is absolutely not abundantly transparent at the billing transaction stage. The pricing terms switch as well... Be forewarned.
