If I could give zero stars, I would. This company, advertised on social media, is a complete scam. Items never arrive, and although they promise refunds, none are issued. I'm currently disputing the charges with my credit card. Never order from this online store.
Absolute scam alert! I ordered three pairs of pants that looked great online, but what I received was low-quality, unattractive items that didn't resemble the pictures at all. Their return policy is terrible: no free returns, and they only offer a ridiculous 20% refund to keep the poor-quality items or expect me to pay for return shipping. The website falsely claims various warehouse locations, but clearly ships from China. I filed a chargeback as they don't deserve my money. Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered a shirt in size Large but received an XXL. Mistakes happen, but the follow-up was incredibly frustrating. I exchanged over 17 emails just to get the correct size, and they kept insisting I pay $14.99 for shipping on an item I had already paid for. After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed to cover shipping but then sent me a confirmation email still asking for the fee. I eventually gave up. This was one of the most difficult online shopping experiences I've had. I do not recommend this company unless you're okay with receiving the wrong item and paying extra to resolve their mistakes.
Very deceptive advertising. Sizes are meaningless, they seem to send whatever they have. Fabrics are not as advertised. Returns are next to impossible w/o extortion-like shipping fees. Ordered 2 “highest quality” wool sweaters size XL, they sent horrible nylon sweaters, the bag was marked 3X, but they were a medium at best. No labels on sweaters as to maker, fabric, etc.We finally settled on a 50% refund.Avoid the company like the plague.It’s a scam!!
I ordered the Arden Cargo Sweatpants expecting something premium but what I received was disappointing. The material feels like cheap polyester, thin and shiny, nothing close to the "luxury cotton blend" they advertise. The fit was completely off; the pants were oversized and baggy even though I ordered my usual size.After one wear the fabric started pilling and the seams looked weak. Customer service didn’t help at all. Overall, terrible quality, poor sizing and not worth the price.

Are you kidding me? I paid $342.92 for linen and got polyester!I asked if they even had a US address because the whole thing felt like a scam. They gave me an address in Peekskill, NY, but I still wasn't convinced this was legitimate.Only Fixed It After Threats:It wasn't until I told them I had contacted my bank to dispute the charge AND that I was filing complaints with the FTC, BBB, and my state's consumer protection agency that they suddenly offered a full refund with no return required. Funny how that works, right?Bottom Line:They only did the right thing when I threatened legal action and chargebacks. The fact that they send you completely different products than advertised and then make it nearly impossible to return feels very much like a scam to me.I got my money back, but ONLY because I fought for it.
