Frustrating Return Experience

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and when I attempted to return it, I was informed that I would need to pay £20 for shipping. I covered the shipping cost, and once it arrived in Sweden, the company didn't even try to retrieve it for my refund. I've sent multiple emails but received no replies regarding my refund. I urge others to avoid this company; I've lost £145 and can't recover it.

Misleading sales practices, but product quality is good

I ordered a rabbit fur jacket on October 16, 2025, and received it today, November 11, 2025, nearly a month later. The long delivery time is due to the fact that the shipping was handled by another platform. While I understand sourcing from abroad is common, I feel that drop shipping without quality checks isn't honest. I won't order from this website again. Fortunately, the item had no defects, but I could have faced issues if it did. Buyers might be better off purchasing directly from the original platform. However, I must commend the customer service for their prompt responses. I just wish there had been more transparency. Hence, I’m giving it 3 stars.
