You claim on your website that calendars can be set to start on Monday. Yet, the booking calendar ignores that setting. Also, the design generally looks quite dated. The client portal setup looks like a mobile page.
Absolutely LOVE Moxie! I've been piecing together systems in my freelance business since I started, and it's so nice to have everything in one place. It's easy to track tasks and post status updates/notes to remind me where I'm at on a project. I combine Moxie with the Full Focus Planner - Moxie makes the weekly preview so easy because everything about my business is front and center. Love that it comes with a phone number for business contacts. The templates and customization save me so much time. I can generate an invoice with the click of a button. And clients love the client portal! I wish I'd have started my business with Moxie all those years ago - so, if you're on the fence, just do it. You'll thank yourself in a year or two.
I'm new to Moxie as of the last 30 days and I'm already loving it. The entire app is well thought through and things feel intentional and connected. The help guides and tips coming during onboarding are spot on and useful. I'll be cancelling a bunch of other subscriptions soon and migrating over for sure!

I like that you have videos throughout the software and separate training videos. Since I often forget to do things, it's nice to review.I wish you had a video that explained what an opportunity and a client is. I understand it, but it's still confusing. Usually when I work with a client, it's one individual not a company and I have not had anyone from their company ask to work with me.
