My experience in All Bar One - Bath

My experience in All Bar One - Bath was amazing! We had a lovely waitress called Kat who was so friendly and always came to check on our drinks and food. Drinks and food were so delicious. Would definitely recommend, perfect service.

Visited All Bar One Brindley Place…

Visited All Bar One Brindley Place Birmingham today - awful management.After event at Utilita arena, searched for somewhere to eat. Some places were very busy but all bar one was fairly quiet.Ordered food was told 30 minute wait.After 40 minutes was told it’s 60 minute wait. After 60 minutes said I’m asking for a refund to be told it’s coming out now - and it came out mildly warm.To wait an hour for ok quality food, staff not busy and it comes out quite cold is unforgivable!Will not be back.

Appalling experience.

All Bar One, New Street, Birmingham. Appalling service. Whilst waiting for my drink and food to arrive a member of staff approached and said my table was reserved. The sign saying so was hidden behind the menus which I didn't pick up, I ordered on my phone. I complained to the manager and asked for a refund. Later discovered they didn't refund the VAT. I'd have given zero stars if I could.
