My experience has been financially devastating, largely due to the misleading financial projections provided during the sales process. The figures presented to me suggested quick profitability and substantial returns. However, these "projections" turned out to be unrealistic. The actual revenue and customer traffic have been a small fraction of what was promised, making it impossible to cover expenses, let alone make a profit. I strongly urge anyone thinking about taking on this franchise to completely ignore the projected figures. They do not reflect the reality of most locations and appear to be crafted solely to entice franchise sales, rather than to ensure the success of new owners. Please conduct your own thorough, independent market research. Speak with current and former franchisees anonymously. My greatest mistake was trusting their numbers, a mistake I will regret for years.
My order was processed incorrectly, and I couldn't cancel it through the app. When I tried to call, there was no response. The order never arrived, and despite hours of trying to reach out, I was never refunded. They simply took my money and disappeared. I strongly recommend avoiding this service as they seem to be scamming customers.
