Sick of buying stuff from so called uk websites to find it’s coming from the other side of the world. No reply to email. No tracking info. Why do I keep falling for itEdit. Weirdly the item actually arrived today and to be fair is good and what I was expecting. But it still took 3 weeks to arrive!!

NO CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER, WHY NOT, THAT'S A WARNING IN ITSELF, CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL IS A WASTE OF TIME - SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. NO CEO EITHER, WHY IS THAT NOT AVAILABLE?
I purchased bathroom scales. The delivery time was 14 days which is why I’ve given it 4 stars. The product however is excellent. The scales connect with an app on my phone and provides detailed statistics which is very motivational. Having read the reviews of this company I didn’t have great expectations but I’m pleased to say the product is excellent.
