UPDATED - my review of the product still stands, however after Allfound commented on my review we have had a brief email exchange and they have refunded the full amount. So their customer service is great just let down by the produce. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Oh dear, what a click bait idiot I am!!! Ordered a pack of 5 Pet Hair Remover Gloves for £20. Video looked great, simply swipe back and forth and the pet hair will peal off the glove in an easy to remove strip. The glove is flimsy so hard to get a good swipe from it. It doesn’t collect the hair in an easy to remove strip, fur just clinges to the glove and takes ages to clear. My top tip - a washing up glove will remove hair from any item quicker, more effectively, cheaper and comes off the glove easily. Don’t waste your money like I did. Also took 2 weeks to arrive - not UK based. They are basically an expensive Temu / Shein with the same tat but more expensive.
I ordered some dehumidifier bags off them over 6 weeks ago , still not received them .keep getting told don't worry they'll be delivered ASAP, yet website says 7-14 days .I've messaged over 15 times still nothing .I used Clearpay as I was under the impression they'd be able to get my payment back .Unfortunately they say I have to keep contacting seller they can't help me further which is very disappointing. I paid £24 for these ....DO NOT ORDER OFF ALLFOUND.CO.UK
I ordered a lamp (2267691 order no) some 20 days ago. Still not arrived. Emailed them twice - they just ignore everything.No tracking number available. I think they are a scam company My lamp did eventually arrive I charged it up as per instructions It lasts approximately 10minsTotally useless and NOT FIT for purpose.Please READ all these awful reviews. This company should not be trading
i am waiting for my order that i ordered on the 8 october can somebody tell me how long is it before you get it or shall i just cancel my order and get a refund i did not get a order no or anything what the best thing to do there does not seem to have a phone number how long should i wait
I ordered a dashcam which was advertised as being wireless, this is not the case, it has to remain plugged into the cigarette charger in order for it to work, which in turn obstructs my view whilst driving. I have been unsuccessful at getting in touch with the company. So the odds on getting a refund looks very slim. Avoid this company at all costs.
