Rating updated due to the exceptional customer service given.Ordered the drain cleaner on the UK website. Order took 4 weeks to arrive because they send it from china.The product itself is useless and won’t unblock anything. Does nothing and most definitely doesn’t foam up like it shows in the videos.
It’s a scam. Don’t bother ordering. If I could give zero stars I would. Can’t believe I fell for it. If it looks or sounds too good to be true… it’s a scam.My order number is 1882776 made on 20/8/25. Payment was taken immediately. Apparently my order was shipped on 21/8/25.I intend to dispute this payment unless the item arrives within the next working day.
Ordered bathroom descaler off Instagram link - absolutely tiny bottles and certainly doesn’t do what it suggests! Waste of money! More fool me for being taken in with it. Also has to come from China so takes about 10 days to be delivered…..
