Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered an item after seeing it on social media. They took the money and nothing ever arrived even though they said it did. Customer service are useless and are wasting my time emailing them as they don’t care.
Item never arrived, got a trackimg number from China, but was indicated to ship from Uk. First complaint wasn’t even dealt with. For 2nd complaint email received with a tracking mumber which shows no update in the last 4 days. Requested refund but nothing happened so initiated a refund with credit card supplier. Never use this allfund site ever again.
Bought the car humidifier bags that was advertised on a video, because they looked really good. What I received after quite a while, was a much cheaper version that doesn't even do the job. £23 I paid for them with p&p and I might aswell have thrown the money in the bin. Company is a scam. ORDER allfound-2651204 if the company would like to check. I have now received an email to say I'm being issued a refund, fingers crossed it'll come though.UPDATE: Refund is £7.99, still not acceptable for something that doesn't work. I expect to forfeit p&p, but a full refund for the fake item would be reasonable. I can't contact them any other way, I'm not happy, company is a joke.
Ordered goods three weeks ago . Double amount taken from my bank . Emailed them which came back as not identified . Goods not arrived . Wish I had looked at reviews first you live and learn . They appear to be a scam company . Do not use this company . Thank you for you prompt reply and have just received order but as i had only ordered one I was charged for three . I remember clearly thinking I would only order one to see if it was any good plus the fact it was all I could afford at the time . Happy to return two for a refund . Ordered a front and rear dashcam, took 11 days to arrive, and they have not sent the camera I ordered- it looks like something you would find in a lucky bag !!Tried to contact them several times absolutely NO response. Just one big scam do not use this company
