Ordered drain cleaner, delivery took over 4 weeks (wasn't made aware at time of purchase that it was being supplied from outside the uk), and when it arrived it turned out to be absolutely useless! Customer support is non existent, no replies to emails sent, simply a case of they take the money and just don't seem to care from there on in!
I ordered scales 3 weeks ago. I received no confirmation email from them. Therefore I have nothing, except the fact they took the money from my bank! I have contacted them by email 3 times so far. No reply nothing! No scales. I think this is a scam and I’m very upset and disappointed! If I could give them nil stars I would. Don’t trust them. Go somewhere else. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them! Disgusting
I bought a dash cam that only needs charging once a month. It was ordered and a rear camera, but what they have sent I a normal plug in type dash cam with no rear camera. I don't what I thought was best for me as it recorded all the time even when the car is parked up.
We are still waiting for a refund for an order that was refused when the delivery company tried delivered it, as it was no longer required. This is what Allfound told us to do. The order was NOT opened and is NOT required. We are NOT waiting for the order - we are waiting for the refund. We are aware the order has been returned to Allfound and once the refund has been issued we will be satisfied.
