This review pertains to the pharmacy in Varo Terrace. The staff are consistently helpful. I needed medications in advance for an upcoming holiday, and despite my doctor's office delaying authorization, the pharmacist diligently contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue. I finally received all my medications and am very satisfied with the service.
This concerns the pharmacy on Cop Lane Penwortham. If I could rate it lower than a 1, I would. This pharmacy used to be great, but now I face issues with repeat prescriptions not being ready, long waits, and incorrect quantities. Communication is poor, and staff often fail to inform me about medication availability until I arrive. The pharmacist is dismissive and unhelpful, which adds to my frustration.
I want to commend the outstanding service from my local pharmacy. The team is always efficient and courteous. My partner and I received our Covid and flu vaccinations recently, and the process was exceptionally well-organized. We are very pleased with our experience and appreciate the high standards maintained by the staff.
This review is for the branch on Alverton Street. I want to praise the professionalism of the staff member who assisted me today. There was a mix-up with my prescription due to a technical issue at my doctor's office, and she worked hard to resolve it while assisting others. However, the pharmacist's unprofessional behavior towards her was concerning. I felt belittled and dismissed, which overshadowed the positive interaction I had with the staff member.
I collected my prescription today, and despite the busy atmosphere, the staff helped customers quickly. They genuinely seem to improve over time, especially with their text service. It's refreshing to see these enhancements while other major names seem to decline.
I transitioned from another pharmacy to this one on Mill Street and couldn't be happier! They are always prompt in dispensing medications and go above and beyond in their service, always with friendly smiles—a true reflection of good management.
