Rented vehicle in Antalya in first week of December 2025. Rental price was unbeatable. Collection and drop off was smooth. Car was returned in same state without any damage. I was promised The deposit taken on my credit card would be re credited to my card within 30 days. It’s coming to almost 2 months and they have not returned it despite contacting them.Is this how they try to make up for their cheap prices by not returning deposits.Avoid Avoid Avoid
Booked a diesel 4 door saloon and was given a 1.0 Clio hatchback, even though I had my booking confirmation they would not change the car, this car had badly stained seats and was filthy, someone had been smoking in it, was given 10 euros compensation which didn’t come close to the amount of fuel the non turbo Clio guzzled trying to get up the hills at 40mph, car was damaged all round and plastic cable ties holding the front number plate on
