Probably the worst car rental business ever, you agree a internet price & pay a deposit, you wait an hour for them to pick you up at the airport, they then take you back to there office to complete all the paperwork, they subsequently tell you owe us an extra £440 for premium insurance which was never disclosed or agreed, you have children & adults , luggage loaded in a minibus..,you no alternative to now pay…. Absolute disgraceful behaviour by the Turkish staff, never again..What an absolute ripoff!!!
I booked through Skyscanner for a reservation in Istanbul from August 2–12 and paid the insurance fee in advance. VIPCARS arranged the car via a local company, ALLMEET (Antalya), which in turn subcontracted another broker to handle the delivery.When I arrived at the airport, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the contact person. After nearly two hours of waiting, they told me my credit card was not working and refused to provide the car. This was not true, as I offered multiple valid credit cards, all of which were working. When I attempted to pay with my Turkish credit card, they claimed they could not accept it.After a short dispute, it became clear that the real issue was the commission distribution between VIPCARS, ALLMEET, and the final broker (XLRENT), and that they were unwilling to release the car because of this.As a result, my family (my wife, child, and I) were left waiting for over two hours without a car, and ultimately I had to rent from another company directly at the airport. Despite sending follow-up emails regarding this issue, I have received neither an apology nor a refund for the amount I paid in advance.This experience was highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
AVOID IT!We booked a car for our holiday in Turkey through Local Rent and ended up with All Meet.The experience was terrible!First of all, they gave us a car that was NOT safe to drive, as the brakes were completely worn out.We had to insist on getting a replacement, and they finally agreed—very reluctantly.On top of that, the instructions for dropping off the car were extremely unclear, even though we eventually managed to figure them out on the day.But what was even worse is that All Meet charged us about €70 more than the remaining balance, claiming it was due to “exchange rate commissions.” This is unacceptable, and we feel we were cheated.We have repeatedly asked for a refund, but are still waiting for any response.Stay away from this company—it should be banned!
Pure scammers avoid these booking sites. Rented a car via vipcars they had a provider called Allmeet Rent A Car in Antalya. It was that the car was bought to airport unfortunately we are drived to a dark place. The guy from allmeet rent a car was terrible. I rented a sedan car they reserved me a small panel car. my credit card was not working Pure scammers this is when the scam is going to play. In the middle of night they told me that the car can only give a way when I bought a expensive insurance and not but last they charged me extra costs for the rent, I was forced to give them extra money otherwise I was standing there with my familyin the middle of nowhere, the guy was realy rude. Disgusting and not reliable at all even when contacted VIPCARS they were not at home. PURE scammers VIPCARS and Allmeet rent a car. NEVER ever I WILL use this kind of platforms. Terrible the rent amount was agreed for 160 for the period and I had to pay 298euro. Pure scammers and thieves hope they will get ...... DO NOT rent form allmeet rent a car. Use Booking.com if you not want to be robbed. Do not trust the positive reviews probably made by themselves.
"Allmeet professionally scams everyone. The only good thing was that it didn’t come as a surprise. I had read the reviews and knew about the non-working credit card trick – I just hoped it wouldn't happen to me too. But unfortunately, they pulled the same trick on me as well. You’re there, with lots of luggage, a child, and at that point there’s nothing you can do. They offered me insurance for €180. After a bit of arguing and offering my wife’s credit card as well, they finally accepted it – with a €90 surcharge. In the end, I got the car for €190 rental + €90 additional driver fee. For that price, I could’ve rented from a decent international company if I had booked in time. After that, there were no more issues – the car was fine. So, the typical scam is simple: first, they lure you with a low rental price, then comes the scam. The stupid tourist falls for the trick. All the best.
Booked a 23 day car hire with this company at 17 euro per day.Contacted them to see if all okay for my collection on 25 July only to be told that they cannot supply car for the pre agreed price and wanted an extre 30 euros per day!!!!!!!!
