A very fine gentleman who works at the Austin Texas store on highway 290 and 71 today exemplified what makes businesses in America great today.
My battery died, and he helped me replace it, and he discovered that my terminal connection on my battery cables were corroded and took the time to service me outside the scope of their normal service protocols.
His name is Ty, and I want to praise him for his outstanding service and professionalism.
Thank you Ty, you made my day today 🤠
Avoid this expensive store in Hawaii. They do not offer quality parts, and the prices are excessive. I purchased a costly set of tools that rusted after just one month. When I attempted to return them, the representative was unfriendly and tried to assert authority. I contacted the corporate office, but they refused to process a return or refund. It's best to steer clear of this location, as they seem to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
I called to inquire about inner and outer front hub bearings and seals. The representative informed me that they only carry disc brake hubs, which was surprising for such a large auto parts store. The customer service was quite rude. I then contacted another location, and to my relief, they had everything I needed along with significantly better customer service.
A ZERO would be best for this scam of a company! I purchased an air compressor online and within 30 minutes cancelled it and then received notification that it was shipped to me three days later. I rejected it on delivery and two days later found it on my porch. I contacted corporate and they apologized and gave me a return #. As per instructions from Napa online corporate I took it personally to the ups store and shipped. Well one month goes by and still no refund. Checked the ups slip only to find it was returned to Napa days after sending it back. I called Napa and told them that I would be disputing it with my credit card because I have documentation showing proof of shipping and that you have received it. My bank credit card sent me a letter which Napa sent my bank card company claiming that I have received the product and never returned it and that I am miss using my credit card. Well even after I sent documentation to everyone at least my bank card company took my side with overwhelming evidence and believed me so now I’m looking into legal options as Napa literally claimed I’ve stolen the product and falsely filed a claim. They’re a trash company and warn everyone to stay away!!!
The supervisor at this location is the most ineffective manager I have ever encountered. It’s astonishing to see someone in a leadership role who lacks basic knowledge of their duties and responsibilities. Communication with her is nearly impossible, and she seems completely unaware of how to manage effectively. Many employees under her supervision leave at the first chance they get. I am confident that this store is not thriving under her direction and is likely facing significant losses. I urge the company to evaluate her qualifications and assess whether she is fit for this position, as I believe this will not end well for the store or its staff.
I invested $5k for a snowplow and a receiver hitch, and while the plow arrived quickly, it was missing parts. The order status for the receiver hitch on the website changed from next day shipping to two weeks. When I inquired, the representative claimed my vehicle was an antique and they didn’t have parts available. Frustrated, I asked to cancel and ordered from another seller who had it in stock. I assumed the cancellation went through, but the next morning I found a tracking number with no pickup. When I tried to cancel again, I was told there was nothing they could do, and the staff was rude. I won't be returning for future purchases.
This company has unprofessional employees who mislead disabled customers with their poor attitudes. They show no concern if you order something by mistake and notify them immediately. They push you to buy and returning items costs a lot. There's no consideration for customers!
The inner tie rod threads were improperly formed during production. It seems quality control is lacking. I only gave 2 stars due to the local branch's handling of the situation, as they swapped it for a good unit. However, after multiple issues with parts from this company, I've decided not to purchase from them again, as I can't trust the quality.
I ordered parts that were delivered to my home, but they were incorrect. When I tried to return them at a local branch, I was informed that I could only return items shipped to my house online, which is a baffling policy. I followed all the procedures, yet 15 days later, I still haven’t received my refund. I've called multiple times and am currently on hold as I write this review. It’s been a terrible experience.
I ordered a part online, providing all the correct details, and it was advertised as guaranteed to fit. However, when I picked it up, it was the wrong part. I returned it, but had to pay more for the correct item without receiving any discount on either purchase. I feel I deserve at least a $20 refund.
