If I am asked for plate number of my auto and I the parking facility has the system to detect that, then all things MUST be automated, entering and exiting.

Got charged for no reason.

I bought 2 weeks of parking in BER airport. At this time scale you charged by days not hours. My baggage was delayed and I spend 4 hours in queues and forms. Driving out I was asked to pay 18 Eur for extra hour. It should be free since the day not over the price for driving out at 15 is the same as 23. I was just too tired to argue. Dove away in disappointment.
