Bought a radiator, installed it and found that it was leaking ATF into the coolant. My coolant is supposed to be yellow and not strawberry colored. Alloyworks has been non-responsive. This is my only vehicle and I need a solution from them NOW. I will have to flush the entire engine and transmission due to their poor quality radiator.

this is order ICU11154

I was looking for a good radiator for…

I was looking for a good radiator for my 2012 Nissan Titan 5.6 liter. The original radiator had plastic tanks and started to leak . So I saw that alloyworks plus had all aluminum welded radiators with cooling fans for my application. I was excited to get this for my truck . I installed the radiator and hooked up the fans and everything thing seem good . I had one concern about the radiator cap that came on the new radiator. It was a pressure cap , the original was just a plain cap . Tried to get clarification on the cap no response to help me from customer service. You can only email them or leave a phone messages, can’t talk to anyone. So the next issue was a serous problem, overheating while setting in stop and go traffic. I live in Southern California a lot of traffic. What happens is the fans are way to light duty or underrated for my application. They don’t draw enough air over the cooling fins to keep the engine cool . Again tried to reach someone to help me correct this problem no response. All I can say is if you buy a radiator from them your on your own.

This radiator was for a Silverado project build

Purchased this aluminum radiator for my own personal build some months ago. Upon opening the box on 11/1/25, the box was in perfect shape, the radiator, not so much. It was assembled with a bent core from the factory making mounting points misaligned by 1.5", so I E-mailed them...got ZERO response, even though Alloyworks claims a lifetime warranty against defects. NOT a professional company at all. They claim that their passion is repeat business...they lost me & I service a lot of vehicles in my shop. Buyer beware with Alloyworks, that's all I can say. I guess I was hoping for too much as far as customer service, which is non-existent with them. UPDATE 11/12/25: Purchased thru Alloyworks site on E-Bay (NOTE: This radiator was never installed to do manufacturer damage) UPDATE response to Alloyworks 11/13/25: Upon checking my E-Bay account & my receipt of purchase...the Radiator was in fact purchased from Alloyworks & I sent an E-MAIL to Alloyworks thru the E-Bay contact seller option...so you do have the info & the pics of bent radiator that I sent along with the order #. UPDATE 11/17/25: 9:18AM...Since last update on Thurs. 11/13/25, I haven't even heard crickets from Alloyworks, not even from their site on E-Bay, where I sent my original request for a replacement radiator w/ pics of factory damage to radiator they sent me. I figured I'd wait till Monday to see if they would respond=ZERO. Latest UPDATE 11/21/25: Have heard absolutely ZERO from Alloyworks on radiator warranty/replacement, hence still 1 star, even though they wanted me to upgrade my rating...I guess the truth hurts. ***(12/5/2025 UPDATE: ZERO response from Alloyworks on replacing the factory defective radiator under their Lifetime Warranty. I guess their Lifetime Warranty lasts only as long as it take your credit card to clear...) And they wanted more stars...

Caution! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Caution!! There is no customer service! I left several emails concerned that they sent me too high of a pressure radiator cap for my Jeep Rubicon. After multiple attempts they still refuse to respond. Also it was necessary to modify the mounting brackets to install.

They suck

They suck! Sent email to them telling them the neck is too long that the cap goes on and the hood won’t close. They never responded back. Had to spend 200 dollars to have it cut and re welded.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service

The part came in a acceptable time I'll give them credit for that. When I open the box to inspect the part. I noticed it didn't have any wires coming out of their mating conector. I emailed customer service and in the end they simply told me to cut off the factory connector and splice my wires in. This is a really bad suggestion for a new part although it will work. Not the solution a reputable company would give. A reputable company would offer to replace or get me the right connector with the wires installed in it.

Radiator does not fit and I have to pay for shipping to exercise a return option.

I ordered a radiator that supposedly fit my vehicle per the Alloyworks website. It did not. The return was simple but I have to pay for shipping which is very expensive. I don't understand why I would be out of pocket for any amount if the product that Alloyworks notes will fit properly does not.

My repair shop said this is the solution to my over heating.

I was told about this radiator from my local repair shop Lifestyle garage and they mentioned it resolved over heating issues for their customers wrangler Jeep. I ordered it and wow it was delivered in the best condition and fast. The packaging was perfect and no dents in the fins or filler tube. After install I noticed my temperature was now back to thermostat temps at 186 degrees were prior I would be running at about 235 with my Mishimoto. I can now wheel in 100 degree weather and still be at operating temperature. Thank you Allow works for an awesome product and for reducing my stress driving my Jeep.

Could of been better

1. The plate on top of the radiator is not level2. Several Fins are pushed in3. the bottom left brace that holds the electric fan on is not the same as the right side and it doesn't look right.I Still have not installed it yet. Hopefully it doesn't leak.
