From the moment the order was placed, this company failed to meet expectations at every turn. A customer service representative assured me that my order would be packed and shipped on the same day it was paid for. However, only 6 out of the 34 items were sent, arriving four days later than promised, despite paying for 2-day shipping. Two days later, 12 more items arrived, with an additional 2 tracking numbers appearing today, expecting to arrive in another 3 days. When I requested a refund for the shipping, I was told it was processed, but it never was. I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as they overpromise and underdeliver. Their customer service is lackluster and fails to fulfill its commitments. It seems that less than a quarter of the items were shipped as promised, with the rest arriving well beyond the agreed timeframe.

This company has been a pleasure to work with. Although we faced some challenges, they were quick to resolve them and went above and beyond to make things right. Their chat support on the website is very responsive, which is a plus! We will keep ordering from them!

The customer support was exceptional. We faced a delivery issue due to an address problem with the carrier. Although we chose expedited shipping, it didn't arrive on time. The representative I worked with was proactive with the carrier to resolve our issue. She communicated with them on our behalf in real-time and provided updates within 30 minutes of my call. Additionally, because of the delay, she offered to expedite shipping for the same items to meet our deadline. This was an incredible customer experience unlike any I've had elsewhere.
