Where do I even begin with this company? The customer service is appalling, and the owner shows little concern once payment is made. I was sold a vehicle that was advertised as having a complete service history, only to find out later that the last four years of servicing were unaccounted for. The car came with a supposed "full 12 months MOT," which I now suspect to be misleading. It had no advisories listed, yet an independent inspection later uncovered several issues, including worn brakes and discs, a track rod end fault, and anti-roll bar D bushes. When I brought this up with the garage, I was informed that it was at the MOT tester’s "discretion" to note these faults, which is completely unacceptable. I have attempted multiple times to reject the vehicle and return it within the 30 days allowed by the consumer rights act of 2015, due to its faults and lack of satisfactory quality, but each time I encountered dismissive attitudes and laughter over the phone. There is zero willingness to accept responsibility or resolve the issue. How this company remains operational is a mystery to me. A total waste of time — unprofessional, and a genuine letdown.
I cannot endorse this company due to my experience with their after-sales service and warranty support. My daughter bought her first vehicle here, which had some noticeable issues that the sales team addressed before the purchase. However, two months later, the vehicle required a new starter motor. We reached out to the after-sales team, who instructed us to take it to a local garage for diagnosis and send the quote to them. After searching for a garage willing to handle a warranty repair, we received a diagnostic price. When we contacted the company again, they informed us that we would have to cover the costs, despite their initial suggestion. The representative seemed unsure about the situation, which was frustrating.
We decided to make the long trip to their location and submitted the assessment stating a new starter motor was needed at a cost of £550, including labor. A few days later, we received an email stating that the starter motor was not covered under warranty, but they offered £275 as a goodwill gesture. This raised concerns about how often they might avoid their obligations.
After expressing our dissatisfaction, citing their warranty documentation which included starter motor coverage, the after-sales manager refused to discuss it with me. I suggested she speak with my daughter, who was understandably upset, but she insisted we send an email to request reassessment and abruptly ended the call. We formally disputed their decision and submitted a complaint along with their warranty documentation. In response, they offered to send us a new starter motor for £175 but insisted we handle the installation ourselves, which is not typical for warranty expectations. After several emails highlighting their breach of contract, they finally agreed to pay the garage's quoted amount, but never apologized for the distress caused to my daughter, who had been without her vehicle for weeks. I sympathize with anyone who attempts to utilize the warranty service, as it seems they often evade their responsibilities at the customer's expense. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
I acquired my new vehicle two weeks ago, and yesterday was the day for collection (I could only pick it up on Sunday due to work obligations). The car was ready and sparkling. The handover process was smooth, and I was extremely satisfied. I had a 134-mile journey home, with heavy rain and busy roads, but it felt like relaxing in an armchair while watching the world pass by. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it.

I can confidently say it was a great experience and would recommend it.
I bought a vehicle in October 2025. During my first long trip, the car broke down, and the roadside assistance couldn't resolve the issue immediately. I took it to a local service center for further inspection, and it's been there for over a week now. The speed and quality of their repairs will influence my final review. The customer service does respond to calls, though.
1 Star – I would be inclined to give less if possible. I advise others to think twice before purchasing from this dealership. I rejected a faulty vehicle under consumer rights shortly after buying it. They accepted the return but I'm still waiting for my refund. They claim they have 14 days from collection, but the vehicle has already been relisted for sale. When I called for a quicker refund, I encountered a rude representative who dismissed my concerns. This experience has been stressful and frustrating, leaving me without a car I need for work and family. I wouldn't recommend this dealership—once they have your money, the service declines.
