Ali arrived in good time and was not fazed by the fact that my broken down car was beyond the point he could reach in his breakdown recovery vehicle. He went above and beyond in getting me to a train station and my car to a good mechanic as close as possible to where I lived the next day. Excellent service.
Ali was an absolute life saver! I’m a plumber and my Ford transit van wouldn’t start, we tried jump starting it but no luck either, I had an appointment with the dealership at 11. Called All Surrey Recovery and Ali arrived a within the hour, safely recovered the van and arrived to the dealership in time! Highly recommend! 10/10. Hopefully no more issues but I know where to go now if anything!
I normally don't comment on service but this company deserves the time to leave a review. I had my E350 collected and delivered back to me as I had one flat tyre and dead battery so it was hard work to push it out of a parking bay so it can be loaded onto there truck. The driver more than broke a sweat. Thank you so much for great service and I would recommend you to anyone. Definitely 5 star service
Criminals. Stay away!I called them for a jump-start service for my truck. They promised to arrive in 40 minutes but showed up after 2 hours — with a jumper designed for small cars, completely unsuitable for a truck.They failed to start the engine but still demanded £195. After an argument, they agreed that since they couldn’t do the job, I wouldn’t have to pay. They left.Later, I discovered that they had cut the fuel lines and damaged the brake system. This is serious sabotage — dangerous and criminal.I called them and said I’d report it to the police. Their response: “Call the FBI if you want, we don’t care.”This isn’t just poor service — this is a criminal offence.I’ve reported it to the police. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company. Don’t risk your vehicle, your money, or your safety.
The reason I needed my car collected was deeply upsetting for me. The pick up driver was calm and composed and very understanding and respectful. The dealership found it difficult to remove the vehicle from the truck as there were no keys and the handbrake was locked on. He calmly waited the substantial time it took without making myself or the garage feel under any pressure. A genuine gentleman in every way. Highly recommend.
