Review Time
During a recent holiday sale, I placed my order early but didn't receive any shipping confirmation or updates. I've bought from this brand before and appreciated their prompt shipping and responsiveness. After reaching out, I eventually discovered my package had shipped, and I received it the next day. While it seems their customer service has struggled during this busy period, the quality of the products remains high, and I still consider it worth purchasing.
I ordered joggers in a size L, my usual size, but found them quite tight in the waist. I initiated a return, and they responded quickly to approve it. Though it took several emails to process my credit, once I got a response, I received my credit code almost immediately. I reordered in XL and also got the trouser-style leggings in XL, which fit perfectly. I love the heavier material and just placed another order for more products!
I purchased two hoodies in medium and need to exchange them for small. This exchange process has been unnecessarily prolonged. I’ve sent several emails, but the only response I get is that they need to 'look into it.' I just want to get this package out of my car. I don't plan to shop here again.
This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with an online order. I ordered socks in mid-November for a Christmas gift, expecting a 3-5 day shipping window. I received no updates on my order status until I contacted customer service. Now, four weeks later, I’m still waiting for a 'supervisor' to approve my cancellation request. If it’s not approved, I’ll only receive store credit, which I have no intention of using. I feel cheated out of $70.
Been emailing them for 2 weeks- and no response. I am reaching out about Order #42122 that I placed on November 18th which was a 5 pack of organic ankle socks in black. I never received a tracking number and still have not received this package. I reached out to customer service on your website but still have yet to hear back. Please advise and help me. I have ordered 3 different items fromthis company and only received 1 so far. They have been helpful when I reach out, but are slow to respond and only offer assistance if I initiate. If they are delayed in shipping so often, it would be nice if they posted that or sent out periodic emails updating us on our orders.
