Happy holidays, indeed. Terrible service! They also seem to remove negative feedback from their site, only displaying positive reviews, which is quite concerning... Had I checked their ratings elsewhere, I would have never made a purchase. STAY AWAY at all costs; I will be pursuing a fraud claim since they have stopped responding to emails.

I ordered some clothing and swim shorts for summer back in May. They just arrived now, after summer is over, and I can't return the swim shorts due to their policies. I've already bought another pair elsewhere because of the delay. One shirt has a poor fit: even in size L, it makes me look slimmer and the sleeves are so narrow I can't get my arms through (and I have small forearms). I've tried giving it to friends, but they face the same issue. I want to return it, but it lacks a tag, which is required for returns. I doubt I'll get a refund either, as the promotional offer no longer applies. I also wasn't informed about customs fees, despite being promised free delivery upon selecting my country. This is misleading, especially since my order never left Europe. Overall, I'm disappointed: the dresses arrived late and were of poor quality. Please consider ordering elsewhere for a better experience.
