I ordered a jacket in size XS on December 1, 2025, but received an XL instead. Since then, I've exchanged 22 emails with the customer support team, and as of January 6, 2026, every response has been an apology with promises to send the correct size. Despite paying extra for fast delivery, the orders still take weeks to arrive. I am very dissatisfied with the service and cannot recommend it.

The entire experience was wonderful! I ordered the Kylie Minogue Timebomb jacket for the upcoming tour, and initially, the size didn't fit as I wanted. I communicated with the sales team to get a better-fitting jacket. They took my measurements, explained the entire process, and confirmed everything for accuracy before delivery. When I received the new jacket, it was perfect. I don't need to worry about finding another one now. The jacket is of such high quality, resembling leather, and is truly a beautiful piece.
