I’m surprised by the amount of bad reviews on them. Been a fan for years and recently bought a charm I couldn’t get in store and the quality is stellar as usual. Delivery was smooth but I wish the photos online showed the details of one of the angles better.
The website "works" as if a college student made it. It is actually an infuriating experience. It won't let you check out, it won't tell you why, items randomly show out of stock, then back in stock etc. This business clearly doesn't want customers.
**If I could give less than one star, I would.** This is the *second* time I’ve made a purchase from this company and the *second* time I’ve regretted it. **AVOID THIS COMPANY.** We ordered a holiday gift at the beginning of December because no local stores had the item available. Today, we received an email stating our *refund* was being processed—no prior notice, no explanation, no delivery attempt, nothing. Just a cancelled order weeks later. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. The only thing they offered was a 15% discount on a future purchase, which we will definitely not use. Completely unacceptable. This is by far the worst place to buy jewelry. **DO NOT purchase from this company—ever.** Not worth the hassle, the frustration, or the disappointment. I honestly don’t understand how they remain in operation.
If I could rate the company with no stars, I would. I ordered a pair of earrings as a Christmas gift, but the package arrived containing a charm instead, with no earrings included. I reached out to customer support immediately—twice over two days—but received no response at all. After disputing the charge with my credit card company and returning the charm, I finally got a weak apology almost two weeks later, just four days before Christmas, informing me that the earrings were sold out and asking for their return. It seems like there is a serious lack of communication within the company. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and the charm looked quite cheap as well. I would advise others to stay away from this seller.

I've been waiting over 48 hours for my refund! They are completely unprofessional. Just because something looks shiny doesn't mean it’s quality—definitely not from this company!
I had a terrible experience driving 45 minutes to pick up an online order, only to discover it was canceled. When I thought the representative would just reprocess my order, she informed me I had to pay again and wait for the refund to process. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to honor the price. I will not purchase from this company again due to their poor customer support.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to arrange a return for the wrong items sent. They provided an apology and return slip. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Appalling service with no support. My daughter received a gift card and ordered earrings and charms, but got the wrong items. I struggled to contact customer service, and when I finally did, they were unhelpful. What should have been a simple return has turned into a frustrating ordeal. I'm very upset.
