Unacceptable customer service and lack of communication.
I paid for my order #13639 on December 28, 2025, and to this day I have received no update at all regarding my purchase.

I have sent multiple emails attempting to contact Alpine Wear and have not received a single response.

Keeping a customer’s money for weeks with zero communication is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Alpine Wear.

Disappointing quality and not varifocal

The quality of these glasses is lacking and they do not offer varifocal functionality. They are only suitable as a low-cost pair of reading glasses, so I recommend opting for a pair from a grocery store instead.

Complete disappointment. Only received one pair of broken glasses.

Complete disappointment. I ordered two pairs of glasses, but only one arrived, and it was damaged. They are just low-quality plastic reading glasses that you could find at any discount store. A total letdown. I'm frustrated that I wasted my money.

I have other glasses with the same prescription that work perfectly, but these do not. The responses I received appear to be automated and merely assure me that the support team will look into my issue. They requested videos and kept reiterating that support will verify before processing a refund. One message mentions that they would cover return postage, while another contradicts this. It feels like a scam, as they fail to address specific inquiries, such as the return address. Online articles hint at similar experiences.

This feels like a scam. I ordered a pair of glasses, which were advertised to suit all vision needs, but I received a fixed +3.5 pair instead. The frame is cheap plastic. I've been trying to return them, but so far, I've had no luck. Don't be misled by these false claims.

I was misled by an appealing advertisement
