I love the short sleeve products, and just tried the Apex Performance long sleeve dress shirts. They are fantastic - I ordered 2 and after wearing them both I ordered two more.

That said, one of them had a small defect. I reached out and their response was immediate and I have a replacement on the way.

Cannot say enough good things about Monique in Customer Support. I am out of town for 30 days and staying in a rented condo. When I entered the "ship to" address, I inadvertently left out the apartment number. I panicked, because by the time I discovered the mistake, the product had already been processed and shipped. I wrote to customer service and Monique immediately jumped in and retrieved the product. She was able to change the address to the correct one. I am very greatful.

Great Experience with Customer Service

I purchased some loafers for my boyfriend this Christmas that he had been wanting for a while. Unfortunately, the shoes were too big for him, so I needed to reach out to customer service regarding a return. I was really impressed by how quickly I received a response and how helpful the support team was throughout the process. I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience due to their assistance. I would certainly order from this service again based on this alone (plus, the quality of the loafers was outstanding and they were stunning).

Received an XL as a gift, but sizing is off and no options for exchange.

I got an XL for Christmas, but it doesn’t fit correctly and the next size up isn’t available. This was a gift, and although I had the order details, I had to go back to the gift giver since the support team wouldn’t assist me. The gift giver, who lives out of state, tried to return it but was told it was too late for returns! Who doesn’t allow returns or exchanges after the holiday season? If you order too late, the gift arrives late, and if you order too early, it’s still a problem! It’s already January 8!

It was the holiday season, and I mistakenly entered the wrong address during a late-night shopping spree. After tracking my order, I noticed it had been returned.
