All of the staff are lovely and are really passionate about helping brides plan the perfect outfit for their special day :-)
The seamstress was also amazing, the alterations needed on my dress were not noticeable and the result was a perfect fit.

Thank you to all the lovely lady's at Alta, I felt so comfortable and had the best experience. Im not sure where the previous negative comment came from regarding being judged for having bigger boobs because that was not my experience at all.I never felt judged for my size or for my boobs and the seamstress was amazing letting me know what I could do to ensure I stayed comfortable in my dress all day.My consultant Jade found the most perfect dress for me (3rd try!) and had an amazing idea to truly make the dress mine. The seamstress Bella was so wonderful adding little details to my dress such as a blue bow on the inside and gave me a lucky sixpence.The small details made me feel very special.It made it all so special
I was insulted & belittled for having bigger boobs, I was told to lose weight & physically grabbed & threatened to pin down & remove my bra. I did try without a bra, but there was no support, which I repeatedly said. They kept my dress for months for the seamstress to create straps to help with support, this wasn't done until the month of my wedding after being texted just before the appointment to ask what to do?! The straps were partly completed, rushed & finished at my last appointment. I constantly felt rushed & ignored. I left worried the rushed stiching will not hold on my wedding day. I had to sign I had inspected the dress despite being told I couldn't. I have been to other tailors for the other dresses for the day & their turnaround is a LOT quicker, I spent months waiting for nothing. Strongly do NOT recommend.
I had an amazing experience at Alta Costura brides. Alta was wonderful, and the fitting assistants could not have done more to ensure I had a perfect experience. I loved my dress and felt supported and looked after throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone, thank you Alta and team!

I had Joanne for my appointments at Alta Costura Bride and she was just incredible both times!!! Made me feel so comfortable!! I was really nervous but the way she made me feel as soon as I walked in was just amazing!! I couldn’t fault her and she helped me find my dream dress!!! I cannot thank Joanne enough!! Every lady in that store was so kind and helpful but Joanne was the main star for me!! Thank you so much!!! Xxx
Had a fabulous experience at this wonderful friendly bridal store. A simply magical experience where I felt incredibly special and valued - the young lady who helped me was spectacular (sad I can't remember her name). I am a curvy bride and found every style of dress you could want for. First visit and dress ordered!
