I lost nearly £200 with this company. Please refrain from ordering from them as they are deceiving customers and stealing their money. They seem quite committed to this practice. I had to reach out after waiting a week without a dispatch notification, which was followed by a fraudulent tracking number from a fake postal service. I received an automated call from an unknown number claiming there were multiple delivery attempts, which was not from the actual postal service. Do not buy anything from them.

Upon opening my order, I noticed the wrong item had been sent – the correct model but the wrong color. Annoying, but I thought I could return them. However, the shoes felt fake; I’ve purchased many of this brand before, and these felt off. I emailed customer support to inquire about returning for a refund, and they quickly replied, apologizing for the error. They requested pictures as proof, which I provided. They assured me they would check stock for the correct item. However, it’s been two weeks, and despite my follow-up emails, I've had no further communication from them. I tried to find a contact number, but there’s none available online, which is very suspicious. After checking reviews online, I found many others with similar issues – wrong items sent and no follow-up after refund requests. I regret not checking reviews earlier before giving these thieves £150, which I now realize I will likely never see again. I will report this company to the authorities in hopes of preventing others from being scammed. I truly regret purchasing from an unfamiliar company. Please don’t make the same mistake!

This is a deceptive website. They do not deliver and use suspicious tactics, sending unknown packages weeks later even after I received a refund for a fraudulent transaction. STAY AWAY; the site appears legitimate and even has a support center, but it uses stolen images and is trying to look credible. They even use a real address in Italy that belongs to a FAKE STORE in Crotone. STAY AWAY; I will report this website to the authorities to help protect others.
