BEWARE. They will take your money and not deliver the product. All reviews on their site seem fake, and you cannot leave your own feedback. Other review sites show mostly 1-star ratings. Their communication platform is inactive because they ban users asking about orders. The owner even removed his profile due to complaints. The contact numbers listed don’t work, and emails go unanswered. I escalated this with my bank. Be cautious; they will continue this until banks stop processing their payments!
I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. This is a scam. I waited 3.5 weeks without any delivery notice. After contacting them twice over 2.5 weeks without a response, I canceled through my bank. I received an email saying my order was canceled but not refunded. They clearly had no intention of sending the items. What a scam. This site should be shut down.
The keyboards are extremely overpriced at £109. The material is plastic, the switches can’t be changed, and the buttons wobble. For what you get, there are far better options available that sound and feel superior, made from quality materials. The paint is already fading after less than a year of use.
A warning for anyone considering a purchase here: it’s genuinely unsafe. Their customer support is nearly nonexistent and feels automated, offering no real help. You might get a response once, but they don’t care about resolving issues. They take your money and leave you stranded. Terrible experience; steer clear of this site.
