"glitch" fixed

I had experienced a "glitch" in the system that prevented me from seeing the Altimeter. After working with Meg B. for several days, she was able to get IT to get it fixed. I want to say that Meg B. was awesome from the start, she kept emailing me with status and always answered my questions. This was top rate customer service from Meg B.

I'm 82 years old and having experienced customer service from innumerable companies over the years, when it is excellent, it deserves to be recognized. Needed help maneuvering on their site with my new subscription and Megan G patiently prompted me off to a quick overview and start. In this Covid world everyone seams to be on edge, so it was a pleasure to once again experience excellence.
