Review Time
Called Customer service to get help with a website question. Meg B. helped me quickly and wanted to know if I had any other questions as a new subscriber. She was genuinely interested in helping in any way beyond my initial question. She said we are here to help and call back with any questions.
I called today after watching the video on SynBio. I already have the Hidden Alpha subscription, and wanted to make sure I would get the special reports. Megan Bennett helped me quite a bit. She explained that the reports are already available to me but I was just a day ahead of them being available online. She was both pleasant and helpful. When she told me she was relatively new to your company, I was pleasantly surprised. She certainly knows how to provide excellent customer service! Kudos to Megan.
Meghan Bennett was a delight. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions succinctly and professionally. She led me through parts of the program and how to navigate it. Was very helpful. I am almost sad I don't have more questions so she can help me more. Also, just so you don't think this is some lonely guy needing to talk on the phone I am 71 yo and happily married
First time I called Altimetry. Although I signed up yesterday, I had not received anything via the emails yet, which is almost automatic with other companies, so had to call Altimetry to find why I hadn't received anything.Megan Bennett assisted me in finding Joel Litman's 'Hidden Alpha' reports, etc. which I had signed up for. She was very understanding of my plight and had me sign into the Altimetry site which gave me everything I was looking for. I am now one happy camper.She speaks English, very clear voice, understands what you are saying and is VERY pleasing to talk. Really, I do. She's a good representative of your company and I recommend her for a double raise.
I signed up with them on 10/9/21 but I never received access to their web site as promised. The automated system didn't send info to log on. I called the member services (#800 701-9346) on 11/3/21 to cancel because I hadn't got access to their site. The guy I talk with apologized sent me an email with the log on info and specified that my 30 day review would period start 11/3/21. When I called today to cancel 12/2/21 they said they couldn't refund my money because I joined 10/9/21. I tried explaining what happened but to no avail. SO their IP system screwed up -the cust. serv. guy tried to help but was not aware he couldn't reset the review period (or lied about it) - and the last person couldn't have cared less and implied I had lied to her.
Recenty Joel Litmans "Lock" system predicted the Market will crash. The stock market is at all time highs. Today, April 20, 2021,he is recommending that people buy 4 stocks. If the market is going to crash why is he recommending that people invest in the market. You can't put to much stock in his predictions. No one can accurately predict the market. By saying he can, he has revealed himself to be a phony and a fraud.
