Customer service was excellent. There was a mixup with the delivery, not sure if it was my mistake or theirs, but they handled it quickly and responded very fast. The pendent itself is very cute and feels solid. The charms look cute inside as well. It’s a unique piece. I’m happy to order from them again. I’ll likely put the charm in a long necklace rather than the one it comes with.
Looks exactly as video shows beautiful ,special offers are great , can’t believe how good quality this is,looks amazing on I’ve had so many compliments and people have asked me where they can get one so of course I’ve given them the online address etc.Well worth the price.Had a few people say that this would make a lovely Valentine 💝 gift.Especially with all the gorgeous little charms you can buy to put inside . I’m on my 3rd order of charms .Can’t stop buying charms LOL😍
