It started very basic, but soon overtook all other competitors. The updates brought so many features that put the software at its peak. I personally migrated from their main competitor, and I don't think I will ever go back or to any other software. mainly used for YouTube educational content.

Honestly this tool makes your life so much easier for recording videos and saves you a ton of time that you would otherwise spend on other screen recording/editing apps.

This service is completely ineffective. Even with a compatible device, attempting to recover the screen pin just leads to the boot menu. I ended up having to reset my phone to factory settings, losing all my photos. Recovering the screen pin with this software is not an option.

I downloaded the software for free, but then discovered it required payment. I paid a considerable amount to access the software, only to find that I only received limited functionality. The total cost for the entire suite is nearly double what I initially thought. I could have helped a friend unlock her phone without this software, which makes the purchase feel like a con. Not likely to use it again as it seems useless.
Beware! Their service does not work as promised, and it’s very difficult to cancel a subscription. Customer service does not respond to inquiries. It feels like money is being taken without proper service. I requested a refund long ago and have yet to receive a response.
