Exercise caution with the International Calling App. I recently tried to use it and found that my credit had expired. This important information is not clearly stated on the main pages of the website. I had the app set up at a local mobile counter, where they were quick to take my payment and assist me, but nobody informed me that the credit was time-sensitive and would disappear after a certain period. I only realized this when I needed to make a call and found my credit gone. The company might argue that this information is buried in the terms and conditions, but that does not provide sufficient clarity about this 'rip-off in waiting' at the point of sale. I have been a customer for years, but this experience makes it hard to trust when they resort to such questionable practices.
