Horrible store! Said 2-3 days delivery and a week later I have heard nothing from them. The customer service telephone number they provide doesn’t work and when you go through the advised contact Formular you will never hear from them! I feel like I’ve been scammed of my money!! I am going away on holiday and now I know I won’t even get the product I ordered in time or likely at all. Don’t use this awful company, I wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering.

The parcel delivery service, DPD, has not delivered my parcel and I cannot access information about where I’m supposed to pick it up. I have called Hagel customer service but they do not speak English and are apparently unable to transfer the call to a colleague that speaks English. So now, I can only wait for the parcel to be returned and get a refund. What a waste of time.
First the merchant cancelled my order with no reason and returned my money on the same day. Therefore, I have made another order the next day and it went through ok. Few days later they have taken my money again from my account without my authorisation. The customer service never admitted their mistake and never apologized. I was waiting 10 days for my refund. Beware! They clearly have some issues with their system and no decency to apologize for their mistakes and make things right! Edit: As you can see by the answer the company didn't even investigate the matter and do not want to admit to their mistakes. This answer indicates that the company sent me many emails with an explanation - it is simply not true. They have sent me one robotic email and when I replied with the screenshots of the cancelled transaction and double charge to back my claims, they didn't even bother replying. Stay away from this merchant! When things go wrong they avoid accountability and put the blame on a customer. Shame on you.
