I ordered an item from PROJECTISR that didn’t fit, so I returned it in perfect condition. They later claimed the item arrived damaged and refused a refund. After a lengthy dispute with PayPal I still wasn’t reimbursed — over $300 lost. Very poor customer service and unacceptable handling of returns. Do not trust them with returns.

I was so excited to receive my order as I really loved these two pairs of pants I purchased. I followed the size guide exactly as provided especially because it was an international order. Not only did the pants take damn near a month to arrive, they did not fit at all the way the size chart said they would. I wanted to exchange for another size but for some reason they could not confirm the measurements on the any of the sizes and I was not about to risk being woefully disappointed again. I would not recommend unfortunately.
I bought a pair of pants and they took almost a month to arrive. Finally, when they did arrive, they were quite different form the pictures. This would hace been all since I decided to return them only to find that I had to pay the shipment which was almost as expensive as the pants.So now I am stuchk with 60$ less and a pair of pants I do not want. What a scam!
I’ve purchased 3 items from them over the years. Very unique pieces. The quality has always been good. The prices are a bit steep but justified by the uniqueness. Customer service hasn’t ever been an issue. I will buy from them in the future if they have something else that catches my eye.
I ordered a jacket that was supposed to be black, the color in the pictures was visibly black and it said the color was „black“ in the description. the jacket i received is blue and not even a dark one that looks similar to black it‘s just blue. also the logo that is sewn on the jacket in the pictures is missing. It's also cut differently than in the photos. The shoulders are noticeably wider and, above all, very angular, as if they weren't sewn neatly.So, of course, I wanted to return the jacket because they said I'd get a refund within 14 days. It turns out you have to pay the return shipping yourself, and you can only ship to the US or China, which costs at least €50 from Europe for a package that size... So it's not worth it for me at all, and now I have to keep the bad jacket.
I rarely write reviews for anything, but this is one of the few clothing brands that I buy consistently from. I've probably made 5 or 6 large orders from them and I've never been disappointed so far; it always fits me accordingly, the shipping is fast once it gets through customs, and the clothing and jewelry always arrive in good condition. Definitely recommend this org to all my friends.
