I received a dress that took more than two weeks to arrive. The material felt cheap, almost like plastic. The shape was unflattering and resembled a sack, completely different from what was advertised. Instead of the bohemian print I ordered, I received a terrible leopard print. I attempted to arrange a return, but it was a frustrating process. First, they requested photos, which I sent promptly. Then, they falsely claimed they had sent the correct print and offered a 10% partial refund or I would need to pay to return it to a distant location. It's misleading for them to call themselves by a specific name when they clearly made a mistake. Why should I, as a customer, bear the cost for their error? After several emails, they finally offered a 25% partial refund, evidently banking on the idea that most customers won't have the time, energy, or trust to return the item. I strongly advise avoiding this company. Total scam.

The clothing quality is shockingly low! When I requested a refund, they repeatedly offered me discounts (10%) to keep the dress. I refused to pay $80 for something I wouldn't even wear. They claim to be a Sydney-based mother-daughter business, but the product is simply drop-shipped from another country. Although the packaging had a Sydney warehouse address, they insisted on returns to a foreign address and required tracking, which is incredibly expensive! Don’t fall for this!
Whatever you do, do not buy from this label. It is a total scam. I've encountered a similar label before. The clothing quality is dreadful for the price. You won't get a refund if you ask for one, and they will try to negotiate a deal to keep the garment by offering you a 25% discount. It's a total rip-off. If you wish to return it, they provide a random address in another country. Stay away from this label!
The quality of the products is absolutely terrible. The material is cheap. Returns are to another country even though the items are dispatched from a local warehouse, making it costly to return. I cannot recommend purchasing from this site; the clothing is unacceptable.
Whatever you do, steer clear of this company. They are nothing but scammers. I ordered a dress that, upon arrival, was poorly made and unappealing. When I asked for a refund, I was given the runaround and after 18 emails, I still haven't received a cent back after sending the item back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE; THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
